Halfway through the year, and I can confidently say this season has stretched me more than any other.

I started the year focused on being a real estate agent. Along the way, I found myself stepping into rooms I never imagined—serving as a tech trainer, facilitating the Ignite crash course, and contributing to the leadership of our Market Centre.

Growth has not been without its teething problems. Balancing clients, leadership, training, and building systems has exposed my weaknesses as much as my strengths. But that’s the price of becoming someone you’ve never been.

I’ve learned to become comfortable being uncomfortable. To learn while leading. To grow while serving. To embrace the fact that clarity often comes after obedience, not before it.

The year is only halfway done. There is still so much to build, so much to learn, and so many people to serve.

Here’s to continuous growth, greater responsibility, and becoming the person God is shaping me to be.

Who knows where this journey will lead… but I’m excited to find out.
