नासिक के त्र्यंबकेश्वर मंदिर परिसर स्थित ऐतिहासिक अमृतकुंड में कई वर्षों बाद शिवलिंग के दर्शन हुए। ASI ने संरक्षण कार्य के तहत कुंड का पानी निकालकर सफाई की, जिसमें 65 फीट गहरे कुंड के तल पर शिवलिंग दिखाई दिया। पेशवा कालीन माने जाने वाले इस कुंड के जल का इस्तेमाल पूजा-अभिषेक में होता है, जबकि सुरक्षा कारणों से श्रद्धालुओं के प्रवेश पर रोक है।

After many years, darshan of the Shivalinga was witnessed in the historic Amrutkund located within the Trimbakeshwar Temple complex in Nashik. Under conservation efforts, the ASI drained the water from the kund for cleaning, during which the Shivalinga appeared at the bottom of the 65-foot-deep kund. The water from this kund, believed to date back to the Peshwa era, is used in worship and abhishekam rituals, while entry for devotees remains prohibited for safety reasons.
