We’re all familiar with green goddess dressing, but have you tried this delicious mixture in a tart? This Green Goddess Yogurt Tart Recipe will make the perf appetizer for your next spring party! 🍋‍🟩🍋

Ingredients:
• 1 head of garlic
• Juice of half a lemon
• 2 cups of spinach
• 2 cups of basil
• 1 small shallot
• 1½ cups Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
• 2 scallions, greens only
• Salt to taste
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp water
• Lemon zest
• 0.5 oz prosciutto
• 2 sheets of puffy pastry

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Trim 1/4 inch off top of garlic bulb. Place the garlic on a piece of a foil, cut side up, and drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil and roast for 40 minutes or until cloves are a deep brown or tender. Let cool.
3. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, lay out prosciutto slices with no overlap. Bake at 400°F for 9-11 minutes or until crispy. Allow to cool and crush up into small pieces.
4. Squeeze out roasted garlic and add to a blender with spinach, basil, juice of half a lemon, shallot, scallion greens, ½ tsp of salt and Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative. Blend until smooth and add more salt to taste.
Roll out each puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 equal squares. Cut a ½ inch border along each side of the puff pastry square, stopping about ¼ inch before the cuts intersect. The end result should be two 90-degree angles.
5. Take two corners of square and fold one corner over the other, while folding the other corner under. Gently pull on it so it lines up to the edges of the opposite corners. Press down to flatten. Using a fork, prick the center multiple times. Repeat with the rest of the puff pastry.
6. In a small bowl, mix egg and 1 teaspoon of water. Brush egg wash on the edges of all the puff pastry diamond shells.
7. Bake puff pastry shells at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before adding filling.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the green goddess filling to each puff pastry shell. Finish with freshly grated lemon zest and crushed prosciutto. Enjoy immediately!
