This Girl Scout Cookie Inspired Samoa Cinnamon Rolls Recipe stays true to the nostalgic flavor you know and love, but switches things up in its new form of a cinnamon roll 🍪🥥👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
 
Samoa Cinnamon Rolls (Girl Scout Cookies Inspired) Recipe 
 
Dough Ingredients: 
• 1 cup Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative 
• 1⅓ cup self-rising flour or all-purpose flour 
• 1½ tsp baking powder 
• ¼ tsp salt 
 
Filling Ingredients: 
• 2 tbsp melted butter 
• 3 tbsp brown sugar or monk fruit 
• 1 tsp cinnamon 
• ¼ tsp vanilla  
• ½ cup toasted coconut 
• ½ cup chocolate chips 
 
Peanut Butter Caramel Ingredients: 
• 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 
• 3 tbsp maple syrup  
• 2 tbsp peanut butter 
• ¼ tsp vanilla 
• Pinch of salt 
 
Instructions: 
1. Stir dough ingredients in a bowl until combined. Add more flour as needed if mixture is too wet. Form into a ball and then transfer to parchment paper. Spread out evenly in a rectangle shape. 
2. Mix the filling ingredients and spread evenly on top of the dough. Add toasted coconut evenly and chocolate chips. 
3. Carefully roll up dough. Cut into 4 pieces and press down gently on each to flatten slightly. Bake at 325°F for 15 min.  
4. Mix peanut butter caramel ingredients in a bowl until combined. 
5. Serve with peanut butter caramel drizzle and top with melted chocolate and toasted coconut.
