Your avocado toast game may be strong, but have you tried adding chickpeas and yogurt to this breakfast fav? Switch up your routine with this easy and tasty Avocado Chickpea Toast with Honey Yogurt Recipe 🥑🍞💛
   
Toast Ingredients: 
• 1 can of drained chickpeas, patted dry  
• 1 tbsp olive oil  
• 1 tsp sumac  
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika  
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder  
• Salt 
• Pepper 
• 4.4 oz container of Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative  
• 1 tbsp honey  
• 1 slice of sourdough 
• 1/2 avocado, sliced  
  
Topping Ingredients: 
• Pickled onions  
• Flaky sea salt  
• Hemp seeds  
• Squeeze of lemon  
• Drizzle of olive oil  
• Handful of microgreens  
 
Instructions: 
1. Heat up your skillet to medium and add olive oil. 
2. Cook the chickpeas with all the spices & toss it around in the pan until you hear popping sounds. Let it cook for 10 minutes, mixing until golden brown. If preferred, you can bake the chickpeas in the oven at 400°F. 
3. Stir the honey into Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative. Mix until combined.  
4. Add a few dollops of the honey yogurt onto the toast. Top with 1/2 sliced avocado and rest of remaining toppings.
