Join Penn State professors and Greek literature experts Laura Marshall and Anna Peterson as they react to the trailer of Christopher Nolan's adaptation of The Odyssey and unpack the epic story behind one of the most influential works in literature from Greek mythology.

Anna Peterson has been teaching at Penn State since 2014. Before coming to Penn State, she taught at Loyola University Chicago, Hope College, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She regularly teaches Greek language courses at all levels, as well as courses on Greek civilization, classical mythology, Greek and Roman literature, and gender and sexuality in Ancient Greece and Rome.

Laura Marshall is a Hellenist who focuses on the intersection of literature and philosophy in Greek authors, particularly the ways that literary authors respond to philosophical critiques and incorporate philosophical ideas and allusions into their works.
