Nick Kurtz absolutely crushed a line drive at 107.5 mph, but the baseball did something almost impossible—it started moving through the air like a knuckleball because of its extreme backspin. What looked like a routine rocket suddenly changed direction in mid-flight.

Seattle center fielder Julio Rodríguez had to react instantly as the ball darted away from its original path. He planted his feet, leaped backward, and somehow adjusted in time to make an incredible catch, leaving both fans and players in disbelief. 

The bizarre play quickly went viral, with many calling it one of the strangest catches of the season. A 107.5 mph line drive that moved like a knuckleball is rare enough—but Julio Rodríguez tracking it down made the highlight even more unforgettable.
