Older adults, young children, people with long-term health conditions, and those taking certain medications can be more vulnerable during hot weather.

💧 Drink plenty of fluids
☀️ Stay out of direct sun during the hottest part of the day
🏠 Keep your home cool where possible
👵 Check on older relatives, neighbours, and vulnerable people
🚑 Seek medical help if someone becomes confused, dizzy, severely unwell, or shows signs of heat exhaustion or heatstroke
