## Caption

A long time ago, I came across Laut, but at the time, they were serving pork so I didn’t suspect they had halal options or really bother. 

However, I took a look at their menu recently and saw that the pork was off and inquired on whether or not the meats used are halal by any chance.

And they are! They purchase some of halal meat from a local halal farm and other halal meat from other halal suppliers and they have a dated halal certificate on their wall displayed next to the kitchen. 

There’s only one dish that’s made with wine but you’ll see it on the menu. They don’t mix it with the other foods or cross contaminate that item as it’s prepared separately.

There is a bar on the premises for those who are not comfortable.

All meat is halal. Chicken is by machine.
