Heading into my 20th offseason, I knew I had to do things different differently. Doing this and working a regular job is a lot. 

After my first two offseason trips to Miami , the decision was made. Go see beenlikethis  at struggletosucceedfitness . Traveling is a real physical grind and my first goal was to drop down to college db weight (lol) and another was to be in better shape for myself and to handle the road. 

It’s still early in the journey ( like my bro syrell.burgos  told me) but what I can tell you is that I don’t feel like crap anymore when I finish camps , 7v7’s, etc. it’s an ongoing thing. People ask me to pull up here and there but it’s taxing. Now, it’s less taxing. All I can tell you is that whatever they’be told me to do has worked. 🫡 

Almost forgot Under Armour Baltimore 😂
