Til it’s over… 

The holiday is here, but the work has to get done. Tapped in at The planetfitness this morning at 6:00 a.m. Yea, it’s “The” Planet Fitness just like it’s Costco(s). 

You know how it goes. Core & lower body. Nursing some Adductor Magnus pain, sounds like a character in 300, but anyway I got it done! 

My boy davidmulugheta said I need to stop dancing and kamsoofunny said I need to stop twisting… man, let me be great! Have a day y’all.
