😎 Even if you trust a coworker, do so on a limited basis. Do not talk about career paths, promotions, etc, they could be interested in the same position and if they see you doing better, they could resort to sabotaging you. Never talk about other coworkers or management in any kind of personal sense with another coworker. And do not let them pull you in overly negative conversations about work. 

⚠️Do not trust any of them.

⚠️Do not tell them anything about your personal life-family, money,dating etc.

⚠️Do not talk badly about anyone or the company in front of them.

⚠️Keep things light. Sports, tv shows, movies etc.

⚠️There are overly ambitious people who will not hestitate to throw you under the bus if it meant furthering their career.
