What happens when you get a group of storytellers in a room together?
What happens when they are all women?

Gloria Steinem opens her home to Talking Circles, creating an intimate space for people to LISTEN to each other’s stories - to share, to discuss, to debate, to be open.

It was an honor to be a part of one of these Talking Circles, organized by niknakvargas in collaboration with gloriasfoundation and femmecirclenyc.  A room full of diverse stories - in age, background, expertise, lived life, careers, travel, and so much more.  And let’s not forget, a room full of innovators, change makers, and risk takers.

These pinch-me moments remind me that the stories we share with the world are important, and that how we share them and how we continue to work to get these stories heard are all part of that big journey.

Thank you, gloriasteinem and team for the space to share our stories - your work has helped change the world, and that fight continues to invigorate all of us.  And a sincere thank you to Nikki Vargas for making this all possible, bringing such incredible friends and travel family in one space (and the opportunity to meet new storytellers as well!).
