today marks one year since i got into my car accident and suffered a TBI, multiple spinal injuries, and was later diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia.

to say this accident changed my life would be an understatement and to say that i don’t struggle with this daily would be a lie 

since my injuries; i have suffered a LOT. the first few months; i really couldn’t do anything and it really shifted my outlook on life and gave me a different perspective on a lot of things. 

i still have nerve pain and still have TBI flare ups but my life is good and i’m so thankful to be here. 

i really want to thank the friends that i met along the way in this journey like kennedyshaysmith coachjunista leah.nicole77 . my support system is literally what got me thru this. i also want to thank my work fam colinllatham rocky_diehm and ellavaders for being SUCH a light in my life. and life.chester for dealing with me cancelling on him because my head hurts and for ALL of the arizonarattlers boys and the organization for allowing me to be creative and literally live my dreams. 

i am so excited to start with the Arizona Cardinals next month. stay delusional.
