Written and directed by Karim Singleton, HAPPY MiSHAPS is a romantic comedy with an ’80s and ‘90s vibe, following Kristin as she takes a chance on online dating. An unexpected twist at a coffee shop leads her on a journey that asks whether life’s best moments are coincidence—or fate.

About the Filmmaker

Karim Singleton began his creative career in fashion before discovering a passion for photography, which led to behind-the-scenes work on film sets. That experience inspired him to pursue acting, writing, directing, and producing.

In less than a year, Karim has appeared in multiple independent productions, executive produced and starred in an award-winning festival film, and founded Phnx Films. With one project in post-production, two in pre-production, and more scripts in development, he is quickly becoming a rising voice in the Las Vegas film community, driven by a passion for storytelling and creating opportunities for fellow creatives.
