Premier Community Health will be partnering with Indulge by providing Free Biometric Screenings and Health Education to the participants/community at The Indulge Event on Saturday, November 19, '22, 12 - 6pm at The Montgomery County Fairgrounds.

MOBILE CLINIC/SCREENINGS:
The FREE health screenings that will be offered includes, Blood Pressures, Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Blood Glucose and Hemoglobin A1C. Participants will receive immediate results along with counseling.
