I came across a post that suggested we start  texting and speaking to our friends like old-time explorers…🤪

It made me laugh. Then it stayed with me and got me thinking. I’ve always loved old spaghetti westerns… something about the silence, the landscape, the story told in wide open space. 

So I decided to begin my own #fieldjournal—occasional dispatches from the Texas Frontier. Let’s se where it takes us. 

Not because this is the journey I expected…but because I am still walking it, step by step.

This is a glimpse into my days on this land in Texas that I have built—slow living, nature, wildlife (and its animal medicine), and a quiet healing journey and the inner terrain that has asked more of me and one that I never expected to be on.
