“Make sure that you're enjoying life, the people around you, and the moment - not just the ones you're capturing.” - carolinehall11⠀
Caroline Hall, is a photographer and videographer based out of Houston, Texas.⠀
As the only daughter of a football coach, Hall grew up surrounded by sports. Since she couldn't play football with the boys, she decided she would find an alternative route to get on the field. So, in fourth grade she enrolled in a photography class through 4H and has had a passion for it ever since.⠀
Her first official sports photography gig came in high school when Hall joined her school newspaper. The experience social media and photography gained working for the newspaper helped her get a few shadow opportunities on the multimedia team for mizzoufootball during her senior year of high school, which eventually turned into a full-time assistant position when she became a student. There, Hall's mentor pushed her to learn videography which she quickly fell in love with.⠀
After graduating, Hall joined the football program and attended events such as the NFL Combine, gamedays, Draft Night and more. Eager for a bigger challenge, Hall eventually took a job at Rice University in Houston, Texas knowing it was a bigger sports town with four professional teams. The move paid off. Hall acquired a position with the NFL LCC program working alongside the houstontexans. Which opened a lot of freelance opportunities including opportunities with Fresh Tape Media including PBR and the 2020 NHL All-Star Game.
