Meta fired him.

Now he's putting AI war helmets on US soldiers — with Meta helping him build them.

Palmer Luckey created Oculus, sold it to Meta for billions in 2014, then got pushed out.

What he's building now is called EagleEye — an AI combat helmet made with defense company Anduril for the US Army.

What it does: switches between normal, night, and thermal vision in seconds, shows live drone feeds directly in the visor, and warns soldiers about nearby threats — all while keeping eyes forward and hands on weapons.

Not a concept. The US Army is already testing 100 of these this year.

The man Meta pushed out is now leading the future of warfare — with Meta right beside him.

Will this make wars safer or just smarter? Tell me below.
