The pasta salad of our beach trip dreams 😎 Ingredients: -2 cups (3/4-in.) cubed sourdough bread (from 1 [16-oz.] loaf) -1/4 cup (2 oz.) unsalted butter, melted -1/4 tsp. black pepper -1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, divided -3/4 cup mayonnaise -3/4 cup sour cream -3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar -1 (12-oz.) pkg. farfalle pasta, cooked and cooled -8 oz. cocktail tomatoes (such as Campari), sliced -6 oz. sliced deli turkey, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups) -6 oz. sliced Genoa pork salami, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups) -1 1/2 cups halved crinkle-cut bread-and-butter pickle chips (from 1 [16-oz.] jar) -4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-in. cubes (1 cup) -4 oz. provolone cheese, cut into 1/4-in. cubes (1 cup) -1/3 cup very thinly sliced red onion (from 1 small [6-oz.] onion) -2 cups shredded romaine lettuce Directions: -Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss bread cubes, butter, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt in a medium bowl until bread absorbs butter mixture. Arrange mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. -Bake in preheated oven until bread cubes are crispy and golden brown, about 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through cook time. Remove from oven; let cool completely on baking sheet, about 10 minutes. -Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl until combined. Add pasta, tomatoes, turkey, salami, pickle chips, Cheddar, provolone, and onion; stir to coat in dressing. Refrigerate, covered, until flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
