You aren’t a machine.

We often treat our exhaustion like a bug in the system. We see our need for sleep, our limited energy, and our finite time as obstacles to be overcome.

But what if your limits aren't a failure? What if they are a gift?

God didn’t design us with boundaries to frustrate us. He designed us with limits so we would remember that we are the creation, not the Creator. 

Resenting our finitude is often just a form of pride, the belief that we should be able to do it all, be everywhere, and carry everything. 

But there is a deep, holy peace in finally saying: “I can’t do this, but God can.” 

Our limits are the guardrails that keep us close to His side. They force us to rest, to trust, and to depend on a Grace that never runs dry. 

“For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.” ,  Psalm 103:14

Embrace your "no."
Value your rest.
Trust your design.
