We carry so much.

The weight of the schedule.
The pressure of the endless to-do list.
The silent fear that if we stop, even for a moment, everything will fall apart.

But rest is more than just a physical break.
It’s a confession.

When we choose to stop, we are declaring that the world doesn't rest on our shoulders. We are acknowledging that while we sleep, the One who never slumbers is still at work. 

Choosing stillness isn't a sign of weakness or a lack of productivity. It's an act of profound trust in the Father’s care. It’s an admission that we are the creation, and He is the Creator.

"In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat: for he grants sleep to those he loves." : Psalm 127:2

Don't drift into exhaustion thinking you're the only one holding your world together. There is a holy rhythm to this life, and it includes the grace of being still.

Success isn't measured by how much you can carry, but by how well you can lean on Him.
