From his mother’s kitchen to NYMag’s best beef patty in the five boroughs, toshspatties started with a simple truth — quality Jamaican patties were hard to find in New York. 

So Tosh, armed with his culinary degree, his family’s recipes, and memories of eating patties in Jamaica as a kid, decided to change that. 

Since launching in 2023, he’s catered for Disney, Adobe and more, landed a brick and mortar in Brooklyn, and built a 

Smorgasburg following that keeps coming back every week. Come taste what the mission tastes like.
