In case there was any doubt about Adam Fox’s future on Broadway next season, President and GM Chris Drury has squashed any other teams trying to acquire him.

On the latest 32 Thoughts podcast episode, friedgehnic thinks that teams across the #NHL asked about Fox and that Drury, “basically told them to get lost.”

Fox, 28, had nine goals and tied a team high of 44 assists in 55 games last season.

The defenseman is entering the fifth year of a 7-year deal that carries a cap hit of $9.5 million as well as a No Movement Clause. He also has a Modified No Trade Clause of 16 teams for the final two years of the contract.
