We kicked off our very first ZOCA Dance Fitness Certification class

This session marked an exciting step in using dance and physical activity as tools for youth empowerment, skills development, and income generation. Participants were introduced to core ZOCA movements, rhythm, coordination, and endurance while getting a real feel for what it takes to become a certified dance fitness instructor.

More than just a workout, this class opened up conversations about turning passion into opportunity. With consistent training, dance can become a livelihood that promotes health, confidence, and community wellness.
