From 1999 to 2020, Medal of Honor gave us 13 games, countless memories, and some of the most iconic WWII moments in gaming history — and honestly?? ea

this franchise deserves SO much more love than it gets 😤

✨ it all started with Steven Spielberg himself — yes, THE Spielberg — who created the original game inspired by Saving Private Ryan. the man literally built a studio just to make this happen

🎵 Michael Giacchino composed the legendary soundtrack before he went on to win an Oscar. the music alone gives me chills to this day

🪂 Allied Assault (2002) literally laid the blueprint that Call of Duty copied — the devs who made CoD came straight from MoH. let that sink in

🎮 Airborne (2007) was criminally underrated — open-ended parachute drops, non-linear missions, ahead of its time 

🕶️ in 2026 a fan literally rebuilt the 1999 original from scratch and released it FREE on PC. the community never gave up on this franchise

I grew up sneaking behind enemy lines in MoH on PS1 and it genuinely shaped my love for gaming. there is NOTHING like that Michael Giacchino score hitting while you're crawling through a Nazi bunker at 2am 🫡
