Ingredients: 
1.5 oz Baiju
3 oz tomato juice
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1–2 tsp Fly By Jing Mild Garlic Crunchy Chili Crisp
0.25 oz Worcestershire sauce (4–5 drops)
pinch celery salt (optional)
pinch black pepper
pinch salt
Garnish 
1-2 Dumplings on a skewer, celery stock and lemon wedge
chili crisp rim / drizzled in glass 

Instructions:
add Baiju, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and chili crisp to a cocktail shaker. Shake lightly.
taste + adjust salt/pepper
Pour over ice in a tall glass, add garnish + serve.
