在人生的新篇章裡，我一直在探索不同的熱情、新的挑戰，以及在籃球場之外帶來正面影響的各種可能。

而在我的職業生涯中，一個很重要的體會就是：我們攝取進身體的東西，真的很重要。一直以來，我都很重視如何照顧自己的身體。吃進什麼、如何訓練、怎麼恢復，每一個看似微小的日常選擇，最終都會日積月累成巨大的影響。
