## Caption

This Pepperoni Garlic Bread Pizza is one of the easiest weeknight dinners you’ll make! You get the best of both worlds, garlic bread and pizza all in one! It’s ready in about 20 minutes and perfect for busy nights, game day, or whenever you’re craving pizza without making dough.

Ingredients

* 1 (12 oz) baguette or 2 small loafs (about 12 oz total)
* ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp garlic salt
* 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
* ¾ cup marinara sauce (I used Rao’s)
* 8 oz whole milk mozzarella, freshly sliced or shredded 
* Pepperoni slices (regular and mini, if desired)
* Italian seasoning, to taste
* Crushed red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
3. Bake for 4 minutes, just until the butter is melted and the bread begins to crisp.
4. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over both halves. Top with the sliced mozzarella, then arrange the pepperoni over the cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5. Return to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden.
6. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired. Slice and serve warm.
