Need a last-minute Fourth of July dessert? These Cheesecake Brownie Bites come together in just minutes using store-bought brownie bites, a fluffy no-bake cheesecake topping, and fresh berries. They’re festive, easy, and perfect for BBQs, cookouts, and holiday parties!

Ingredients

* 18–20 store-bought brownie bites
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup heavy whipping cream
* ½ cup powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
* 5–6 strawberries, quartered
* 6 oz blueberries

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla (if using) with a hand mixer until smooth, fluffy, and well combined.
2. Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped).
3. Pipe the cheesecake filling onto each brownie bite.
4. Top each one with a strawberry quarter and a few blueberries.
