Not because they break you…
But because they teach you.

Over the years, I’ve come to realise that success, relationships, leadership and even peace of mind have far less to do with intelligence and far more to do with emotional intelligence.

That belief became Train, Not Triggered.

This book is my way of giving something back. It’s a collection of lessons, observations and practical tools that I hope help someone navigate life with a little more clarity, confidence and intention than they had yesterday.

To everyone who encouraged me, challenged me, believed in me and reminded me to keep going—thank you. You know who you are.
