🔥 Everything’s Bigger in Texas. Even Our Appetite. 🤠🔥

This week, Ethos traded chopsticks for smoke and spent some time getting our hands greasy with authentic Texas barbecue. Low and slow brisket with a bark worth bragging about. House-smoked sausage with the perfect snap. Stacked sandwiches dripping with sauce. Crispy wings, smoky flavors, and enough barbecue to make every napkin surrender.

Sometimes the best way to appreciate great food is to step outside your own kitchen and celebrate another craft. Texas barbecue isn’t just a meal—it’s patience, tradition, fire, and a whole lot of passion. We loved every bite, every pit, and every smoky aroma.

We’ll always be a sushi restaurant at heart, but every now and then it’s good to remind ourselves that great food comes in every form. Today, we traded soy sauce for smoke rings, and we have absolutely zero regrets.
