Two men charged in the case of former Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright will be sentenced to prison Thursday.

Wright will serve up to 41 months in federal prison for theft, wire fraud, and drug-related charges Tuesday.

A judge called Wright's crimes "a lack of respect for the law," but the man who once oversaw the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is not alone.

Wright's former senior chaplain, Amos Durham, and a family member, Lawson B. Watson, admitted to misusing taxpayer money.
