🌮 Wait until you try these Air Fryer Chicken Cutlet Tacos! 🤤

I made these two ways, and I have to say…the air fryer version might actually be my favorite! They came out SO crispy and crunchy without all the oil. 🙌

The chicken is spread right onto the tortilla, coated in seasoned panko, sprayed with a little avocado oil, and air fried until golden and crispy. Then I topped them with a fresh arugula salad with tomato, red onion, Parmesan, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. 🥗❤️

Such a fun, lighter twist on a chicken cutlet, and they were seriously INSANE!
