We spent a day with Quanesha Burks, the U.S. Olympic long jumper from Alabama. From the weight room at the University of Florida to a nostalgic visit to McDonald's, where she worked as a teenager, Burks shares her story of perseverance and determination.

Witness her rigorous training regimen as she prepares for the U.S. Outdoor Championships and the World Championships, where she aims to showcase her talent and bring home a medal after a fourth-place finish in 2022.
