VP Community Relations: Phebe Todd, MC ‘23
Director of Service and Philanthropy: Hillary Foster, MC ‘23
Director of Public Relations and Marketing: Kelsey Wiesner, MC ‘23

Meet the Community Relations Team! From building community relationships and leading service initiatives to managing our social media presence, Phebe, Hillary, and Kelsey help showcase and strengthen everything that makes Pi Phi so special. Read more from our VPCR, Phebe!

“Pi Phi has shaped me into the person I am today in ways I don’t think I could’ve predicted. Before joining, I knew I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself, but I didn’t realize how much this sisterhood would push me to grow. Being surrounded by women who lead with intention and support each other unconditionally has taught me what real leadership looks like, not just showing up, but showing up for other people. I’ve become more confident, more patient, and more sure of who I am and what I want to give back, and I owe so much of that to my sisters who believed in me before I believed in myself.

Growing up in Tuscaloosa, this role has given me one of the most rewarding gifts, the chance to give back to the community that raised me. Through our two service initiatives, Rising Authors and Pen Pals, along with Reading Allies, I get to watch our girls show up for Tuscaloosa kids day after day with so much willingness to serve. There’s nothing quite like seeing a room full of sisters who genuinely care, showing these kids they’re valued and loved. Watching that impact grow, one classroom and one connection at a time, is something I’ll carry with me long after I graduate. That’s my ‘why,’ leaving this community a little better than I found it.”
