The 66 year old revealed he's driving more slowly, going for regular walks, eating more vegetarian meals and making the most of time with his grandchildren after surviving both a heart scare and cancer within the space of a year.⁠

Clarkson also urged men to get checked, saying early testing helped catch his cancer before it spread.⁠
