Perfectionism was killing me. Imperfection saved my life.

You were taught that perfect was the goal. Perfect grades, perfect body, perfect career, perfect relationships. So you built a life around it. You held yourself to impossible standards. You apologized when you weren’t enough. You edited yourself down until you fit the mold.

And somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.

Here’s what nobody tells you: perfectionism isn’t ambition. It’s armor. It’s a way of protecting yourself from being seen, rejected, or found unworthy.

But your imperfections aren’t your weaknesses. They’re your signature.
