## Caption

Install week is always a whirlwind. Every room has people coming and going, furniture being moved, art being hung, and somehow it all starts falling into place. It’s my favorite part of the process because this is the first time we really get to see everything we’ve been working on come to life. Seeing ideas that have lived on mood boards and floor plans finally become real never gets old.

Over the next couple of months, I’m excited to bring you along as we finish the southernlivingmag Idea House in Fredericksburg. I’ll be sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes moments all the way up to the house opening in September. Can’t wait to show you what’s been keeping us so busy.
