When I first started the gym, you would never have caught me standing in front of a mirror while everyone was around. Taking a photo or filming myself? Absolutely not.

I wasn’t lacking potential. I was lacking confidence.

That confidence didn’t appear overnight. It came from showing up, staying consistent, and proving to myself that I was capable. As my body changed, so did the way I saw myself.
