The countdown has begun. 
Three days from now, I leave.

Writing that feels a little surreal.

There’s an excitement buzzing in my body and also a little bit of weight. The anticipation. The yearning. The not knowing. All of it swirling somewhere between my chest and my stomach.

On Thursday, July 9, I’ll pack my car with sound healing instruments, podcast equipment, a suitcase, and probably far too many things I’ll convince myself I need 😆… and then I’ll hit the road.

The beginning of this trip feels a little like easing in. I have two sessions booked in the first back-to-back cities I’ll travel through, and still so many conversations unfolding about where I’ll stay, where I’ll work, who I’ll meet, and what may come together along the way.

And all of this to explore one question:
What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?

The work it has taken just to get this thing going is already changing me. I can’t imagine who I’ll be when I come back.

But one day at a time, right?!?
