◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦ ¾ oz Yuzu Juice
◦ ¾ oz Simple Syrup
◦ Egg White or 1 oz Aquafaba
◦ Edible Flower, for garnish

METHOD: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
