A few weeks ago, our team showed up for Black Ambition’s founder community in a way that felt personal.

We hosted two virtual workshop sessions exclusively for Black Ambition Prize Winner Alumni and 2025 cohort members — over 150 founders who have already done the hard work of building something real — and it was the kind of conversation that sticks.

Session 1: Compelling Brand Building Our Chief Content Officer Marc Leonard walked founders through how to build a brand for the audience they actually want — not just the one in front of them. Intentional positioning. Effective storytelling. The long game.

Session 2: Make Your Brand a Story Worth Watching Our Social Lead Alexis Mendias and Senior Social Media Coordinator Samantha Jimenez Castro brought the practical side — platform strategy, social storytelling, and how to turn a brand narrative into content that actually moves people.

Participants walked away with practical tools to align their media presence and brand storytelling, something they could put to work immediately.

This is what Fuse Media’s commitment to Black and Latino communities looks like in practice. Not just content. Not just a media grant. Real expertise, in the room, in service of founders who are building something worth watching.

Proud of our team for showing up the way they did.
