POV: an F1 driver drifts you around Silverstone 🏁
I got a passenger seat on the Pirelli Hot Laps programme during British GP week. One lap of Silverstone in the new Audi RS5, almost all of it sideways, with Markus Winkelhock at the wheel.
Winkelhock is the only driver ever to lead an F1 Grand Prix on his one and only start. He drifted the RS5 until the tyres were done, all in the same year Audi joins Formula 1. 🏎️
