Today, we’re celebrating the Black women whose leadership, creativity, and energy power Rock Entertainment Group’s Cavaliers, Cleveland WNBA, Monsters, & Charge.
 
Since this day was introduced in 2023 by Diverse Representation, it’s been both a celebration and a call to action, pushing us to keep advancing diversity, inclusion and representation across every corner of sports and entertainment.
