Then brands attempt to purify the exosomes out of that soup, because there's a lot of other stuff in it. That purification method determines everything.⁠

And cosmetics have no required labeling for the things therapeutic exosomes must report — like size, surface markers, RNA cargo, sterility, or presence of endotoxin.⁠
