On the serve: Don't just get it in. Aim for a target that forces a weak return. That means understanding your patterns—where does your serve naturally set up your next shot?

On the return: Be aggressive, but smart. Take the ball early if you can. Your goal is to neutralize their advantage immediately and get yourself on offense in the first shot of the rally. High-percentage aggression is key.
