With the Knicks game playing on the venue’s massive screens earlier in the night and thousands eager to get their first look inside the reimagined space, the energy felt distinctly New York.

This event marked the first of two UNLOCKED and UNBLOCKED pre-opening nights on June 13 and 14 ahead of Pacha New York’s official opening weekend on June 20 and 21.

pachaofficialnyc has been one of the most talked-about openings in NYC nightlife. After construction delays, questions about whether the space would be ready in time, and plenty of debate online about ticket prices and expectations, many people arrived curious to see whether the former Brooklyn Mirage site could live up to the hype.
