For those curious about what the Tibetan Buddhism path actually looks like, it’s often romanticized as quiet isolation, but the reality is a rigorous, active blueprint for mastering the mind. It demands that you show up with both a sharp intellect and a fiercely open heart.

To take vows in this tradition isn't a restrictive contract; it’s a liberating commitment to a daily structural alignment of your mind. Practically, it means committing to daily practices—reciting specific sadhanas, mantras, and daily prayers—while holding the Bodhisattva vow: a non-negotiable dedication to direct every single action toward the ultimate benefit and awakening of all beings.

But blind faith is strictly forbidden here. You are expected to approach reality like a scientist using three non-negotiable pillars: intense philosophical study to sharpen your intellect, testing those teachings directly against your own senses and experimental reality, and relentless introspection. If a teaching doesn't hold up to your own lived experience and deep self-observation, you don't accept it.

This deep work naturally unlocks the core elements of a genuinely peaceful life. It begins with ethics (Sila), a foundation of radical honesty and integrity that steadies the mind. It expands into compassion (Karuna), which is the active, fierce wish to relieve the suffering of others. And it culminates in the understanding of emptiness (Sunyata): the profound realization that nothing exists independently, permanently, or solidly.

When you realize that your ego and your triggers are empty of solid permanence, you finally stop fighting projections. You drop the armor, step into true mental freedom, and bring peace to both yourself and everyone around you. 📿✨

Oh yeah ..and I'm deeply obsessed with Natanael Cano, qué le voy a hacer, mi gente jajajaja 🤷‍♀️ no se me ofendan que ya tenemos una edad 😘
