On August 9, DonWas and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble are performing music from Groove in the Face of Adversity at Boulder Theater, along with a live rendition of The Grateful Dead’s Blues for Allah in honor of the album’s 50th anniversary and Don’s long musical association with Bobby Weir.
